Residential Driveway & Patio Caulking
What Does Caulking Do?Caulking the expansion joints and fractures of your driveway, patio or pool deck prevents water from washing out the foundation below the concrete causing further cracking and sinking. It also prevents water from freezing in and below the joints during winter.
If it has been more than 3 years since the joints in your driveway were last sealed you should have it inspected by a professional. New Homeowners: Your brand new driveway may not have been caulked when the house was built. Once your driveway has cured for 1 month it is a good time to have any joints caulked to prevent water drainage issues.
